Screenshot Delivery Process To A Bug Tracker
When a user clicks on the Send button in the screen captures tools, the item is sent straight to our servers. No confirmation is given to the user, so they can continue working as quickly as possible. If there is an issue, the user will receive an error message stating the problem.
Once an item has been received by our servers, it will be queued for delivery to your bug tracker. It will stay on our servers until delivery has been confirmed. You may keep a copy on our servers for your records.
Items safe until delivered
Where an item is not exported - this will be due to our servers being unable to communicate with your bug tracker. BugFeeder records the error that occurred so that further investigation can be performed. Once rectified, the item can be resent to your bug tracker.
