The Process
- Set up a project on BugFeeder to talk to your existing issue tracking software. You will need to allow access for BugFeeder by providing credentials to your issue tracking system.
- Invite the users to the project in BugFeeder
- Users are sent an invitation email with a link to verify themselves and to download the capture software.
- Once the tools are installed. The users can start sending annotated screenshots directly to your issue tracking software.
- You control access at all times and can give and revoke rights instantaneously.
